CastleMania!
Years ago, my parents rented Castlevania for my brother and I to play on our NES. I didn't get far into the game since the difficulty was a bit high for my then ten year old self, but I didn't know then that Castlevania would go on to be my favorite video game series, dethroning the Final Fantasy series after I played Dawn of Sorrow and Final Fantasy XII.
Because I feel like bragging, here are all my Castlevania games.
Castlevania: Lament of Innocence (PS2) - The game that got me back into the series after a 13 year absence. It is my favorite video game right now. :)
Castlevania: Curse of Darkness (PS2)
Castlevania: Symphony of the Night (PS1)
Castlevania: Dracula X Chrnoicles (PSP) - My reason for getting a PSP. :) Yes, sad I know. XD
Castlevania: Harmony of Dissonace (GBA)
Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow (GBA)
Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow (DS)
Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin (DS)
Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia (DS)
It's a short list when one considers that Castlevania is one of the longest - if not THE longest - video game series, but many of the older games are no longer available, and I wouldn't have a system to play them on if they were. There are a few others out and about that I can play if I find them, but I keep looking, and so far, no dice. I had to check the local Game Stop every week for months before I found Ecclasia, and it's the most recent of them all.
I reccomend the series to all that have never played them. *looks at Ninjakitters* They can be frustrating at times *looks at Order of Ecclesia* but they're still hours of fun. Lament, especially, is good if you're in a bad Must-Kill-Everything-In-Sight Mood, and if you're female, it has some nice looking guys to look at to boot XD
OMG! I forgot SotN. How in the hell did I managed to do that... *adds*
Happy whipping!

Xd They sure are irresistable alright. Castlevania: capable of turning straight men gay. ;)
It's funny, I was just reading a book about vampirism through history, and one of the supposed vampires mentioned in the book was a 17 yeard old boy named Joachim that had been dead for over two months, yet was not decomposed. XD *goes off to write CV fanfic*
